I wanted to make this blog to share my experience in trying to use technology to enhance my real estate business. Specifically my Mavic Pro drone by DJI. As of this post I am 11 days away from taking my license test to become an official real estate agent. I want to prepare as best as can to hit the ground running, and part of that is this website and part of it is making sure I have the tools I need to market my business and properties to the best of my abilities. I am hoping have this as another tool in my tool belt will make a difference and help my listings stand out. Now I have had a drone before, it was the DJI Phantom 3 standard, in fact I helped purchase this drone through the sale of my prior one. Its just a different experience when you can view the world from the sky and I'm hoping those views can help my clients see their property in a whole new perspective.
Above is a recent photo I was able to take of my neighborhood where my house is being built. It is actually really interesting to be able to see your neighborhood from above and know where everything is laid out and how your property looks. I plan to upload some videos I will take of different interiors of houses I am listing and possibly a home construction video I am creating to show off my home and video skills. This post will be updated as I get better and I hope to bring you some videos and photos to prove that having one of these can help your business to grow.
